This item was delivered a few days late due to unexpected order volumes. We have since put measures in place to prevent this happening again.
The customer claimed a refund due to non-receipt, and Paypal refunded - even though we provided proof of delivery. The customer kept the refund despite accepting that the item was received.
We can’t trace any messages about a hole in the garment. Of course, we would have replaced a faulty item.
Very unhappy with the garment. Emails ignored. Money wasted. Will never use again..

Sorry to hear you're not happy with your hoodie. What was the problem?
The only email I can trace is asking to change the size, which we did.

Two or three emails were sent after I received the hoodie. I complained that you had printed the image sent (which had a black background) onto a black hoodie resulting in what looked like a very poor iron on transfer. I asked someone to contact me to discuss if something could of been done (ie remove the black background) but no one replied. I have never worn the hoodie.

We've looked into the order, and the hoodie was printed exactly as uploaded.
With no request to amend artwork, we print as supplied. If we're asked to change something, of course we help where we can.
