Thank you for letting us know. I will be in touch to help resolve this issue as the iron-on labels should not be coming off in the wash. We do guarantee our product so if we are unable to resolve the problem we will always provide a refund. Invoices are emailed when orders are placed so I will resend that for you - just check your Junk email in case it goes there for any reason.
