I bought 2 items and they have called me next day to say one of the lights is discontinued and second one not in stock but maybe they can order it. Waste of time really . I have given one star for...

Hi Rob,

I'm sorry your experience with us hasn't been satisfactory. 

We weren't notified by the manufacturer that the product had been discontinued and after my colleague spoke to the manufacturer and discovered this he tried to offer you alternatives, which you chose not to use. The product was immediately removed from the website.

We do occasionally run out of stock on popular items but the stock comes in the next working day, although I believe this was too late for your requirements. 

I apologise that both items you wanted weren't readily available. We do make every effort to provide a next day service where possible.
