Thank you for taking the time to complete our feedback request. I am very sorry to hear your order arrived later than expected and ended up missing the intended birthday. Having checked your account I can see the order was placed with us and was despatched on Friday 20th May. Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver over the weekend and we do advise of this on our website and in our catalogues. The order was therefore delivered the next available working day which was Monday 23rd May. I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused you and hope this unfortunate incident does not deter you from shopping with us in future. Best Regards John Customer Services

Thank you for completing our feedback request. I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment in the illustration shown for the Gillmor Robin Cards. We do try to cater our cards to as wide a range of customers as possible and we can only apologise that we did not get it right for you on this occasion. We would never expect you to keep an item you aren't completely happy with and if you would like to return the cards back to us we would be happy to offer either a full refund or an exchange for something else. I always look forward to receiving your catalogue but I was sorry that the garden parasol was discontinued due to colour problems . I hope you can offer it again next year.
