Delivery was punctual. Products are of good quality (as when I made my first purchase some years ago) . Sizing is not skimped and has caught us out with the salopettes. The products do what they say they do. The ordering on the website was little more fussy than some other web sites. My big gripe.... with the environmental concerns and financial situation for both companies and customers I thought the offer of a free cuddly toy, for orders over 75.00, inappropriate. Free posting would have made more sense. I have made this known to the company who kindly ommitted the gift from my order.
