It's great to hear that you were able to make use of our free move in van too. I'm sorry to hear that you felt the notice period was unreasonable. Like a rental property, when one of our customers leave, we have to re-let the units. By having the notice period in place, it means that we can reserve the units, and ensure that we have the space available to serve our incoming customers. Warm regards, Mark

Overpriced

Too expensive and when you want to cancel your storage they don’t refund you the correct amount plus they charge you for 2 weeks notice to vacate your unit even though you paid for 4 weeks before...

I have investigated this with the store, and I am satisfied that you have been refunded the correct amount.
