Foliage Died within 10 Days of Purchase

The foliage died within 10 days. No moss for moisture retention. Foliage was replaced with artificial items. For the price the quality is disappointing. This is the fourth year I have purchased so...

Hi Jane So sorry you were disappointed with your wreath and customer service. We offered to replenish the wreath which I understand was done. I can only apologise this wasn’t to your satisfaction. This has been a difficult time for our shop having trained florists going down with COVID this last 2 weeks has had a massive impact on the team. We are sorry and are doing our very best under the circumstances. Thanks

Hi Jason Thanks for the reply. I’m sorry to hear your staff are off with Covid. When we spoke via email last night this wasn’t mentioned. When I returned the wreath what was offered as a fix wasn’t given as I advised on the email last night hence the review. I wish your staff a speedy recovery .

Fourth year buying a wreath and this year really disappointed, no loss so already dying, smells really bad, thin, very little foliage and £57!! Have complained and all the manager was prepared to do...

Hi Jane many thanks for your comments. I understand one of our staff replenish your wreath and sorry this wasn’t good enough. I’m sorry you are so disappointed and we didn’t get the chance to help further. Sadly we have been badly effected by COVID and have lost 2 of our trained florists who are isolating. We are trying our best under these tough circumstances and keeping our business open for our customers at Christmas. We appreciate you taking the time to review and hope we can do better for you in better times and are staff are back from isolation. Kind regards Jason & Julie
