We offer next day delivery (an all day, or a before 12 option are available), and we also have Saturday delivery. we recently started a collect instore service, it is available at selected store at the moment, and we plan to offer this service at many more stores very soon. Service was awful, i went to return the product, and the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. As a result i will never use Moss Bros again.

I sincerely apologise for this incident. The collect instore option started a few weeks ago. It is still in a trial period and we are making changes and improving it as we go along. We want every shopping experience with us to be an enjoyable one, it is very disappointing to read that the service you received in one of our stores wasn’t of the high standard customers expect from Moss. we’ll take your feedback on board to improve for the future.
