half of order delayed- apparently sent and returned back to them, no reason- did not…

Thank you for your feedback and we can only apologies for the inconvenience. We were unaware one of your items were returned until you chased it. Once we obtained the tracking number from our warehouse and checked it, it did say it was on its way back. As standard we do process the returns once they are back and inform our customer the reasons as to them being undelivered however on this occasion you contacted us before this happen and we were able to get it re-sent.
