I love my new rug. Great quality exactly what I wanted. I purchased it online from Ireland so a bit abrehensive but no need. Their customer service is 5 star also

This has been raised as an issue with our courier account manager to help prevent this from happening again and allow a better experience on your next purchase should you shop with us again.
