Hi,
Very sorry for the delay with the Ono Jug, which was on pre-order. Pre-ordered items usually get delivered in 1-2 weeks as mentioned on the website. We are expecting our shipment to reach us within a week and we'll definitely contact you as soon we are ready to deliver the order.
Anshul went out of his way to help with expedited delivery when I needed the order urgently to gift, as well as replace items when there was some damage in transport. Can’t recommend modern quests...
