The speed of delivery was great, although I wasn't sure which package I was getting. The shelf turned up first, then the desk about a week later.

The combination of chairs and table that I wanted was not available in the package that they had so I sent an enquiry and their website was updated within 24hrs to allow the combination I wanted....
