We can see the customer service team are trying to assist you with this one via email. Our reply may have gone to a junk/spam/promotions folder perhaps? If you can locate this and respond we would love the opportunity to make this right. We do apologise for any frustration caused.
Chose Mocka so I could get this armchair within a couple of weeks for breastfeeding. By the time they sent replacement items (screws were missing) receiving the full product took nearly a month.

Item ordered 16 October. Estimated delivery 21 October. Actual delivery 31 October...
I cannot understand why you don't see an issue with that level of service and the fact you never initiated any action in terms of the remediation of the. In fact you were not even aware of the "lost in warehouse issue" and it took more than a number of calls to resolve. I can only suggest that you use more reliable courier service and track delays at your end and not rely on courier to do that for your product.... thanks!
