Slow delivery with no cancel option and bad courier.

The items took a several weeks to be delivered so missed my trip and I had to buy replacements. If items can't be delivered in reasonable time it should be made easy to cancel the order or cchange...

Returns procedure grinds but otherwise fine.

Generally good though their returns procedure grinds. Contact personnel are fine, but response times poor. Millets also lag returned items repayments by weeks of having received them.
