Arrived promptly, in a stout cardboard box. Left where I had requested. I have taken Bio-Live Simple for several years, and recommend it to my friends. Gut balance is SO important.

Brilliant stuff !
Been using this sleep bio for approx 3 weeks really has helped my sleep. I have a very restful night now wake up feeling so much better .. Recommend it for any one with sleep issues ..
