Thank you for your review and shared concern over sustainable packaging solutions. This is something we care about a great deal and have recently switched some of our packaging solutions in delivery to cardboard where this is possible. For the supplements themselves, cardboard is not a permissible substitute for plastic according to food safety regulations so this is currently the best solution we have, although we are actively looking for alternatives. As for the pot size, this is, in part, dictated by the amount of information and its size that must go on the label as required by law. Unfortunately, there are many aspects that dictate packaging that are out of our control but thank you again for raising this with us.

Unfortunately not, it is something we looked into when we launched the product but providing a separate leaflet has its own set of complexities and regulations that meant this wasn't possible. We also decided against pursuing this route as there is less than 12g plastic between the two pot sizes, which meant the larger pot size was a more sustainable option because, if you opt for a smaller pot size you also have to print the leaflet and cardboard housing, which adds an additional production line that brings with it its own energy and resources consumption, so the larger pot size is the most environmentally friendly solution we currently have. As I mentioned, we are constantly dedicating time to looking into alternatives and hope to have an even better solution in the near future.
