I can see that you placed your order on the 6th December and it was dispatched the same day so it would appear that the courier has let us down on this occasion. While Royal Mail suggests to expect delivery to Europe within 3-5 working days and then to wait a further 10 working days before we can claim the parcel to be lost, it may be delayed due to the busy festive period. We will re-send your order via a premium delivery service to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible now.
