Thank you for your review, we are pleased to hear the order was easy to place but are sorry to see that your order hasn't arrived as quickly as expected. I can see that your order was placed on the 16th January and was dispatched the same day via Economy Airmail, the delivery method that was selected. Unfortunately, as we are a UK based company, the courier advises this can take up to 20 working days. Usually, this is a quick service and we would expect your order to have arrived by now but if it hasn't arrived within 20 working days please get in touch with us directly via +44 (0) 1380 812799 or email: sales@metabolics.co.uk where we can look into this as a matter of urgency. If you need a faster service we would suggest selecting DHL in the future. I am sorry the courier hasn't been as quick as we would expect in delivering your order but if you ever have any queries regarding your order or delivery in the future please do get in touch where we can advise directly.

I can see from our tracking that you placed your order on the 4th January, which was then dispatched the next working day Monday 6th January via second class Royal Mail, as per your delivery selection, and an attempt to deliver was made on the 8th January. You should have received a failed delivery card from Royal Mail to say that your order is at your local sorting office, from which you can collect or arrange redelivery. In situations such as this, we would always recommend you get in touch with us directly on 01380 812799 or sales@metabolics.co.uk where we will be able to provide you with your tracking number and follow up immediately.
