No Luggage booked???

Booking nice and easy, but once I got on to my account no 1320166 review it says there is no hold luggage booked in & on trying to book this the site says no luggage can be added!

Generally excellent service and dealt with by well-informed staff (not always the case these days) Booking confirmation could provide information on type of room booked i.e. double, twin etc.
