With regard showing prices with VAT some customers like it one way, some the other,we try to please the majority.
On the headset, not a problem normally but we have asked the manufacturer for their comments and will post their reply when it is received.

Sorry you did not like the product we have sold 1000s and very few negative comments,
We will certainly take the unit back (even if the packing is damaged) and exchange it for another item or a refund if that is what you prefer.
