As the M&Co stores have sadly closed I have no choice but to shop online. I was quite shocked to be told I would have to pay £5 to return the item.

Regarding the return cost, I would like to clarify that our standard return fee is actually £1.99, as stated in our terms and conditions, rather than £5.
