Great service, great diary

After my comment above Peter got onto me and solved everything. He even gave me a refund which was too kind off him as it's not his fault due to delay in posting. From all this and with Peter being a gentleman il definitely shop again. Diary was lovely and well worth a buy . Kind regards Suzanne

My initial review and comments solely reflected my disappointment at the non-delivery of my order. I now fully appreciate that this was as a result of problems with Royal Mail and not your company. I am impressed that you responded to my comments very quickly. Having now received the diary I can say that I am extremely pleased with it . It makes a lovely gift.
