Cashback for my purchase through their partner, TopCashback, 3 months ago has recently been declined. No explanation yet offered or acknowledgement of my concerns.

Mark's Electrical were quick to resolve this misunderstanding amicably. I think I'll give TopCasback a miss in future.
I was looking for a new cooker hood and have used Marks before.
