Perfect

Perfect service, I was informed perfectly on the delivery proces and once my item arrived.Merrel offered free postage and that's what I received, perfect service.Thank you

Not user friendly... I dnt think will recommend

very bad, it is not so user friendly to allow take insurance for two different companies with one user account. not at all able to navigate to the other pages once payment is done.

Strange DD arrangements but otherwise good
