A Quick Quote produced but I am a bit surprised to see that a further acknowledgement of receipt of purchase is required. I have not had time to look into this but hope there are no additional hidden...

Annoying 'No multitabs' message on the website

The website is not easy to use and it doesn't allow multitabs which is simply ridiculous and annoying. The webchat worked well and the representative was really helpful.

I’m sorry to hear you experienced issues with the ‘Multitabs’ message on our quote system. This only displays when your quote (or account) is open in two or more browser windows at the same time. Accessing your quote/account in one browser window ensures any information you provide to us (e.g. for payment) or changes you make (such as adding/removing cover) are recorded accurately by our system.

For the avoidance of doubt, you can still have other browser windows open while accessing our website – it is just your quote/account browser window that can only be open once.
