Had an email format which put the correct information into TripIt - formatted so it took your reference and not the flight reference.

Flights and general service was ok but I found navigating the Manx web site and trying to check in on line etc very frustrating.
Also due to my days itinerary changing I tried to book an earlier...

Absolutely disgusted with price and conditions of the complete booking.
Considering I am supposed to leave Edinburgh 3 05 pm and arrive in Isle-off-Man 9 10pm guess why!! I am returning 14th Jan 2019 that is over 3 weeks holiday, Hand luggage allowed 6kg luggage in hold...

Very helpful
Came back fairly quickly with answers to questions. When I rang to book, very helpful and explained everything. Whilst on the phone email confirmation came through, very prompt efficient service.

When I made a mistake with my booking the staff sorted it out with the airline quickly and efficiently and phoned be back 10 minutes later to confirm. A first class service!
