Basically show some sort of interest in the sale . Towards the later stages we heard nothing from manners and all dealings were between us and the buyer ? . Manners half way through the process lost...

Good company, but careless service

Take more careful note of clients wishes when in conversation at a home - especially where a bereavement is involved. Poor note taking meant our bereaved family was bothered several times by Manners...
