Needs improvement!
Everything was brilliant except for one thing. On the way back to the car park from T3 we had wait ages (missed 3 buses) because every single shuttle bus was full! Hardly anyone was getting off at T3...
Explained fully the procedure highlighted the address and postcode and easy access booking
