we booked a family trip five adults and 2 children . we were allocated seats on the train in different places away from each other . the childrens seats were with adults not members of the family....

We are sorry to learn that you experienced some difficulties or disappointment with regards specifically to the seating arrangements on your Eurostar bookings during your recent trip to Disneyland Paris booked through MagicBreaks by World Travellers. Whilst we do always try to ensure that all passengers are correctly seated together, unfortunately Eurostar cannot guarantee these requests but they will of course endeavour to seat parties together or at least in close proximity within a given carriage on the appropriate train. I thought it was brilliant except the emails would always be sent to the junk folder which made it a bit hard to know when they had emailed me which resulted in my reading it late.

We have been recently made aware that some customers are experiencing delays and / or blockages due to the spam filter settings, in particular with MSN Hotmail and also Google Gmail. Our technicians are working hard to resolve this issue and in the meantime we are of course always very happy to send copy confirmations or paperwork out to customers upon their request by Royal Mail post.
