Great tours, excellent organisation
Have booked with Macs 5 times. Always efficient and responsive to requests. Arrangements have always worked perfectly, with luggage transfers etc. The one issue we had mid trip was dealt with very...

Drama free holiday organisation
Excellent trip. Trouble free organisation. Bags moved without issue. Accommodation of a decent standard. Maps and guidebook were useful. Phone app very useful. Would book with them again.

Mostly good….a few area needed our continual questioning and follow-up .. but overall we like MACs Adventure and we will book again.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
From first contact until we carried out the plan, the staff were helpful and encouraging and answered all our questions fully with good knowledge of the area and accommodation.
