Thanks so much for your review! We apologise that your first day was stressful due to a typo on the itinerary, We do hope it was resolved quickly for you.
Regarding your accommodation we endeavour to secure our preferred accommodation throughout the trail. We are disappointed to hear that you felt a few these were less than satisfactory and had the unfortunate experience of bed bugs! We shall feed this back to our Camino specialist along with the comments you raised regarding the walk to Ponte de Lima.
