There have indeed been some fairly substantial delays international shipping at the moment due to COVID-19 restrictions. Limited flights and limited handling ability in freight networks has meant orders that generally take only a couple of days are now taking around 4 weeks.
With that said, I can see there was a scan event yesterday in Auckland, so hopefully, you should see your order in the next few days.
