Unfortunately we were 1 and a half hours late to our destination because of a vehicle breakdown

We understand that a colleague has been in contact with you about this and that it has now been satisfactorily resolved. We maintain our vehicles to the highest standards but unfortunately a break down can still occasionally happen. We apologise that in this case the replacement vehicle didn't arrive for your pick up until an hour past the scheduled time. Very satisfied (as usual) with our trip. Will choose them again for my next school trip. It's nice not to have to fret whether your class gets to the airport on time. Thank you for the good service.
