Problem sorted within 2 days!

Excellent Professional service, my item was ordered and delivered within 3days, packaging was secure. There was a slight problem with one of the chain links which I informed Livesilver by email....

Hi, thanks for your review, I have checked your order and delivery date, which shows it was guaranteed for Monday 13th February, however on checking the dispatch and tracking, it was ordered on Thursday 9th, dispatched on the 10th and received on the 11th.
