All round ood company to buy from

I love the speed of delivery and range of goods available. Free patterns and patterns to buy all add to the experience. Only downer is the plastic packaging. Couldn't cardboard boxes be used?

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your King Cole Bamboo Cotton DK, especially as it resulted in having to discard portions of the yarn. I understand how frustrating and disappointing that can be. While cotton and bamboo yarns can be more prone to splitting during use—due to the plies not gripping together in the same way as wool or other fibers—we would not expect to see unraveled sections in the yarn.
