Shipment updates were timely and helpful. Information on returns was easy to find. I didn't like having to pay for the return, but understand that LTS may not want to eat the costs of cross-Atlantic...

So sad that the sewing quality isn't checked better, waste of fabric

I would have loved help to get a dress wich I could keep. Tried to order the dress 3 times, but the neckline was always so messed up that it's unwearable. Supersad
