fabrics chosen for LTS clothing has deteriorated and makes look cheap

service was fine, but I don't trust the returns process, so I am keeping them, although I don't really want them.

This company now has lots of companies within it so unfortunately, you cannot guarantee quality, or correct measurements. Such a shame yet once again you are penalised for being tall.
