Speedy service, great value.

Fast arrival, ideal for one item as it was a birthday gift, sales are excellent value. Also an easy to use, unfussy website . If returns were free I'd give 5 stars.

Received the wrong size from the wrong country.

I believe their customer service is mediocre. Nothing special. I feel scanning the bar code answering many questions regarding the return is a long drawn out process. I am very disappointed...
