Great products, expensive shipping

LOVE their products but shipping and returning is incredibly expensive. Also don't understand why the return label (paid for online) always takes forever. I wait for days and have to write to ask...

Sizes run pretty large. Not free returns.

Not impressed that I had to pay postage both ways. I was pleased to be able to collect and return via an InPost locker, this was convenient.
