Hello, Thanks a lot for taking the time to leave a feedback. You've contacted us enquiring about your Lion King Tickets which you had booked with another agent. We've told you to check your banking statement to find the name of the company you had used for your initial booking. You ended up making a second booking with our us and ended up with two bookings. We've tried to contact the supplier of your first booking to see if they would agree to cancel your booking but unfortunately they refused since the performance was within 48hours. Again, we're really sorry for what happened but we can't be held responsible for the fact that you had lost you initial booking confirmation and that you decided to make a second booking with our company without us instructing you to do so.
