Hello, We're really sorry but the tickets you have booked are with Nimax Theatres and unfortunately they only send etickets 48 hours before the performance. If you were unable to get access to your email box, you can simply bring your booking confirmation to the box office on the day to get your tickets. Rest assured your booking is fully confirmed and you will get your etickets in time. All the best, London Box Office Customer Service Team
