I didn’t even authorise loan and funds were still put in my account this has now made me further in debt and I can’t afford repayments

Hi Hollie-Ann, I understand you have already been in contact with our team a couple days ago to withdraw from the loan agreement. All customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
