Thank you for your feedback Theresa. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. If a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

We do plan to offer a customer portal in the very near future allowing you to check up on your loan, make payments and more. good frendly company

yes I would use them again they don't mess about money in bank in less than an hour and I would recommend them to my friends which I have lovely friendly advice when phoning them
