They got all the parts correctly but several parts had to be sourced on back order.
This meant there was a 10 day period from order to receiving goods.

Ordering process is smooth, parts delivered quickly.
I had ordered the wrong part, so called customer support and was advised to send back part and re order.
Just waiting on return processing
