Bought caramel shortbread as a gift for my Uncle. They arrived the day before his birthday and he said they tasted lovely. Thank you.
Disappointing
I think I had expectations that they were going to be oozing, soft a chewy, but instead they were dry.

The response surprised me, the company offered to send out a whole new batch. The most important thing for me is customer service, hence why I have modified my rating. You can’t go wrong with a company that takes responsibility and does something to rectify it.
