Following my 2* review, I received a call from Lorraine Morris of Rock who sorted out my problem and there-and-then cancelled the insurance for me. All too often, when you complete one of theses reviews, you are just a number, a nobody to be ignored but not on this occasion. Any compony that responds to a negative review in such a positive way deserves to be applauded: I wish other companies would follow their example.

On line purchase was good but when I phoned to ask a question was unable to speak to call handler after 10 minutes waiting. Better to at least advise of which place you are in call queue.
