I bought on line and wanted a hard copy, this proved to be unavailable. In order to get a copy I had to ring the company, which I did. The advisor was not very helpful and the hard copy did not...

I apologise for the documents not arriving initially but pleased to see that they did so on the 2nd occasion. I will investigate as to why the initial copy were not received.
I have noted the score and i am assuming that this relates to the above? If not, please let me know of any other factors driving this score so i can look into this further.

I rang to ask for a paper copy of my documents and felt as though it was an inconvenience to ask. I’m still waiting hopefully in post.

I can see that the request was sent to our postal fulfillment team last week so you should be receiving the documents any day now, if you haven't already.
However, more concerning to me is the actual call itself and i apologise if this is how it came across. On the contrary, we are always happy to accommodate customer requests if they are possible so i will investigate further by asking that the call in question is reviewed and any necessary feedback given tot he advisor you spoke to.
Finally, the initial review invite was designed to capture your comments on the actual purchase of the policy so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
If so, please let us know of any other issues other than the above or if you were happy with the purchase, please re-rate the review based on this.

Dear Mrs Summersall,
Following on from the above, i note that you have re-rated the review and thank you for doing this but i have reviewed the call in question myself and apologise for the service you received. This was not the required standard we would expect from our advisors and it is certainly not an inconvenience when a customer needs some assistance with their policy. I have made the advisors team leader aware who will review the call also and take any necessary action or feedback accordingly.
