Slightly misleading adverts when website says Santa Stays get 2 days in the park but if you book 23/12 you only get 1 day and are only told when you get confirmation. However a call to customer...

Was a little difficult to add the dates in. At first it would only load up to March. Eventually managed to get august dates up. Also unclear on website if it was a stay in the hotel and the park...

Excellent website, easy to use, clearly shows rooms and break info
Very easy to book, see the room, check dates and what is in the package. Easy to pay so a big tick from me!!

I found it difficult to get through the booking process. Prices changed with each attempt
They make it v difficult to find a telephone number

Booking service was very easy to use and highly recommend to book this way. But just a little disappointed in the rise in cost of the Lego resort hotel.
