organising dates/ trying other dates was easy. there were several options depending on budget. the help section did help! queries solved on the phone- helpful, patient young man

Booking the hotel worked fine but then I had to start again to book the park tickets and I didn't receive a confirmation email, which always makes me anxious the booking will just be lost.
