lady on phone went above and beyond to help us she was brilliant

Website errors & then when successful ticket dates wrong
The website continued to error when trying to complete booking. Happened two days in a row. Filled in your online form and a lady did ring back and as a result we tried again.

Rebooking due to Covid didn’t include everything in my first booking
